Welcome to the Anthro Cafe, were we serve food for thought! Feel free to sit down, unwind, and chat with other (furries and non-furries alike) about anything you wish. Gaming, movies, philosophy, politics...you name it. This is a laid back and relaxed environment. With that said, there are a few important things you must keep in mind:

New Members --- Welcome to the cafe! Let a mod know which group you would like to be placed in. A list of all of the groups can be found by clicking on "chatroom settings" in the lower-right-hand corner.

Respect --- This is big. Please be kind and curtious to all members of this chatroom. Disrespect will not be tolerated

Language --- Please try to refrain from using harsh, vulgar, and offensive language. A little swearing here and there is permissible, but keep it to a minimum, and respect mods if they tell you to watch your language. Also, please try to use proper English while in this room. Avoid excessive 1337 speak, and do not type in all caps.

Spam --- We don't want it, don't do it.

Role Playing --- RP is permitted. However, sexual RP is strictly forbidden. It goes against Deviant Art regulations, and as such it is not accepted in the Anthro Cafe. Take it somewhere else.

Bots --- Bots may be present in the room on occasion. They are there to assist you, and should not be taken advantage of. Do not "chat" with the bot when there are plenty of people to talk to, and do not spam the bot's commands.



Violations
If you break any of the regulations listed above, you will suffer the consequences.

First offense = warning
Second offense = kicked from chat
Thrid offense = banned from chat

If you feel that you were unfairly banned, send a note to with your side of the situation. Explain why you believe you were unfairly banned. Taking screenshots will help your case immensely.



VIP

Each week, one member of the chat will be randomly selected to be the VIP. This person will receive a special class. They will not have any extra privileges, however...other than bragging rights, of course. At the end of the week, an new VIP will be chosen, and the old VIP will go back to their original class.
